This cohort was built from lived experience and years of work with leaders under real pressure.
Earlier in my career, I stepped into a senior leadership role before I fully had the capacity to carry what it demanded. That experience changed the direction of my work.
Since then, I have worked 1:1 with around 100 leaders, across 15+ leadership teams and 10+ organizations, supporting leaders where judgment, relationships, culture, and execution are tested at a different level.
My work brings together hands-on operating experience as a founder and global executive with deep involvement in high-stakes transformations alongside CEOs and leadership teams, informed by extensive training in vertical development, leadership diagnostics, leadership coaching, somatic practices, and broader wisdom traditions.
This cohort exists because this threshold is real, costly, and still poorly addressed.
