Capacity Lab was built from lived experience and years of work with leaders under real pressure.

Earlier in my career, I stepped into a senior leadership role before I had the capacity to fully carry what it demanded. That experience changed the direction of my work.

Since then, I have worked closely with senior leaders, leadership teams, and organisations navigating growth, pressure, and transformation - where judgment, relationships, culture, and execution are tested at a different level.

My work brings together hands-on operating experience as an entrepreneur and international leader with deep involvement in high-stakes transformations alongside CEOs and leadership teams, informed by vertical development, leadership diagnostics, and transformation work.

Capacity Lab sits at that intersection: where business performance, leadership, and human capacity meet.

Over the years, I have worked 1:1 with around 100 leaders, across 15+ leadership teams in 10+ organisations, creating real impact.
